Device registration failed with spresense as zerynth stdio

Asked 2 years ago, Updated 2 years ago, 87 views

I tried to register the device using an app called Zerinth Studio to run the Presense in Python.Zerynth automatically registers by clicking the register button.

However, during registration, "Can't find a chipid" is displayed and registration is not possible.
When I checked the id of the device in Device Manager, the id certainly existed, and the id was recognized when I checked the device information connected to Zerynth. It seems that the id cannot be recognized only when registering. As many people who are familiar with that area saw it, it could not be improved and an initial defect could be considered, so it was decided at that time.

A screenshot showing the behavior at that time will be posted.
If anyone knows how to deal with it, I would like you to tell me how to deal with it.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I just tested the Sony Spresense board with latest version of Zerinth studio, I could not replicate your error as I was able to register and virtualize the device.
For troubleshooting, Which version of Zerinth studio and OS are you using?

Please check that you have the appropriate software drivers for the board, more information about the drivers are in this link.
Please try to use another cable as some issues when cables cannot provide sufficient power.
For more information about the board, please check Zerinth documentation

Feel free to ask if you have more questions.
