Understanding MP3 ID3 Tags

Regarding the tag in MP3, regarding the file format information of ID3v2, I have one concern, so I have a question.

Regarding the frame part that has data such as title and artist name, is it allowed to have spaces between the frames?

That is, after the title frame ttit2 』 frame name,
represents the frame size of 4 bytes. The data will continue, but will the next frame or real data (MPEG frames) always follow after that size?

If there is a blank space, are there any players who can read it?

If you're wondering if there might be a blank space,

Implement skip function in read code and
Write code does not embed spaces (considering non-blank software)

Isn't there any problem with this?
