I'd like to know how to retrieve characters while moving the PDF document in ASP.NET.

OS VisualStudio 2019
Net-Framework 4.7.2

The module I created before went missing, so I'm going to start over from scratch.
I can't find any Net information to give a hint.
I would appreciate it if you could give me some tips on Net information.

There is nothing we can do when it comes to PDF.The web browser passes control to the PDF client and is not managed by ASP.NET.
If you really want to control it, will you convert the PDF to HTML before processing it?
