Information About Troubleshooting Phpmyadmin Error Code 200

When I installed xampp and logged in to phpmmyadmin to create a local environment for wordpress, I got a pop-up similar to the one below and I couldn't create a DB.

Error processing request
Error Code: 200
Error text: OK
The network connection appears to be lost.Check the connection status and server status.

I checked the error log, but no error wording was found.
I don't know how to investigate, so I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you know.

If it was resolved by changing the browser, I think phpMyAdmin is not compatible with the MySQL version.
If the error persists after changing the browser, phpMyAdmin 4.8 series is due to the lc_message option that supports MySQL 5.5 or later.
