Obtaining and Using Googlemap tspsolver

We are trying to create a mechanism to calculate the best route for delivery through multiple locations (more than 10 locations).
So please tell me how to get and use Googlemap tspsolver.I couldn't find it easily.Thank you for your cooperation.
