Unable to select Ubuntu 64bit in VirtualBox guest operating system

What I'm trying to do
Move the 64-bit Ubnutu in VirtualBox.

problems you are having
VTx and VTd are enabled, hyper-v is disabled, but the 64-bit option does not appear.
If you leave it at 32bit and boot it up, you will get an error.

"Virtualization" should be enabled in advance in the BIOS settings on the host OS side.
The details may vary depending on the manufacturer of your PC/motherboard, so check it out in your environment.

If Hyper-V is enabled on Windows, vtx does not appear to be available.
Is Hyper-V checked under "Enable or Disable Windows Features" under Control Panel - Programs?
