a system in which documents, etc., are sent to the management and approved for the system

I am currently thinking of sending documents such as identification cards to management, such as those used in fx services, stock trading, and Uberreats delivery staff apps, and creating an app that only approved people can use the service.
I can imagine the general structure, but are there any specific proper nouns for such a structure?
I've been doing my own research, but I can't find any samples at all.Please let me know
