Unable to build with application loader 90125 error

I developed the ios app on monaca, and the application was completed once.
I'm trying to upgrade the version and build it with Application Loader 3.0, but I can't build it because of the 90125 Error below.
What is the cause?

ERROR ITMS-90125: "The binary is invalid. The encryption info in the LC_ENCRYPTION_INFO load command is either missing or invalid, or the binary is already encrypted. This binary does not see to have been built with Apple's linker.
