About getting events on YouTube

Is it possible to get events such as "play" and "pause" of videos on YouTube?

If it's an embedded video, it's possible to retrieve it using the API, but
If I can get an event on the official website of YouTube, I would like to do it.

I would like to get an event on YouTube's official website.

The following is written in the YouTube Terms of Use 2.A and 4.C, respectively.
https://www.youtube.com/static?hl=ja&template=terms

2.A This Service Condition applies to all users of this Service, including users who are also contributors to this Service."Content" includes text, software, scripts, graphics, photographs, audio, music, videos, audio/visual combinations, interactive features and other materials that you view, access, or post to the Service. This Service includes all aspects of YouTube (including, but not limited to, all products, software and services provided on the YouTube website, including, but not limited to, YouTube channels, YouTube "Embedded Player" and YouTube uploaders and other applications).

4.C Customer agrees not to access the Content through any technology or means other than the video playback page of the Service itself, Embedded Player, or any other means explicitly recognized by YouTube.

The only API associated with the web version of the video player is the YouTube iframe API, so accessing YouTube events (included in the "Content" in the Terms of Use is a violation of the Terms of Use.
