Does the ARDUINOMKR CONNECTOR CARRIER not work at 3.3V?

The ARDUINO MKR WAN 1310 page says Board Power Supply (USB/VIN) 5V.
"MKR CONNECTOR CARRIER only supports 5V."

It is written on the Tech SPECS and FAQ tabs on the reference page.
By the way, MKR CONNECTOR CARRIER needs 7V-16V.
Note:Other battery descriptions in Tech SPECS and DOCUMENTATION still appear to be 3.7V.
