What language is the best way to create a chat bot?Is it javascript after all?
I want to study that language and make a bot, so please tell me.
Note:
For example, if you receive any characters in the chat room, you want the ability to send them automatically.I'd like to make it with javascript, but I'm a beginner, so please tell me about functions.

Chatbot can usually be created in programming languages that can input and output.Since there are no general criteria for what kind of chat bot is expected or what would be best if possible, it seems difficult to say something more objective than "any language is OK" unless you write it in the questionnaire.First of all, I think it's because the questioner tries to create a chat bot in the language he's interested in, and then thinks about what exactly he wants to do.
