Is it possible to use common points in multiple apps?

I'm thinking of making two apps for IOS and Android.

App A and App B have a brotherly relationship
Features and genres are similar.

Both are charged for the type of in-app point purchase,
This app is free to install and has paid points.

Therefore, I am thinking of preparing common points between App A and App B.
For example, the point I bought in App A is the image that can be used in App B.

Such billing and point consumption methods are
Is there no problem with Google Apple regulations?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you know.
I don't mind if you just tell me the URL that I can refer to.

Thank you for your cooperation.

App Store Review Guidelines

Content, features, and consumption items obtained through in-app billing cannot be transferred directly or indirectly to other users

As such, I think this case will be difficult as well.

The point I bought in App A is an image that can be used in App B

The key is whether or not this will be treated as another user.

For services beyond the scope of the application, it is common to pay outside the application.
I think it will be accepted by in-app payment (e.g., in-app game points)

Regarding Apple only, I think it is possible if the following conditions are met.

·This application is submitted by the same development account
·Cannot be used across multiple AppleIDs
·Cannot share with other platform apps such as Android

Other than that, it is recommended that you read the Apple guidelines already in place.
