WordPress Dashboard inaccessible

I'm a beginner trying to start WordPress for the first time.

My domain is Xdomain's paid one-year contract domain and I use Xdomain's free server.

Xdomain Administration Panel - > List of Installed WordPress - > Go to Dashboard
So I'm trying to access the dashboard, but I can't get in because of the error below.

You can access it from a software called FFFTP that you personally downloaded on your computer, and you can check what files you have.
There are a lot of downloaded and installed correctly.

When I try to access the dashboard, it looks like this:

Cannot view this page

This is what you should ask Xdomain support.
Also, it is better to write IE or Internet Explorer instead of Explorer.

Have you solved this problem yet?
I also tried it, but the URL is http://---my URL ---.com/wp-admin/.
