Setting the HOME Directory for emacs After Windows User Profile Changes

I have a question about the subject.
I moved the user profile in Windows, but the emacs HOME directory configuration after migration is not working.

The location of the user profile has been changed as follows:

  • Pre-migration:C:\Users\user
  • After migration:C:\Users\user.domain

I also changed the environment variable HOME from C:\Users\user to C:\Users\user.domain.
Emacs does not recognize the modified path as a HOME directory.

I think the difference from the pre-migration environment is that Path is mixed with dots.
Is it impossible to specify the dotted path in the HOME directory in emacs?
