Can I stop the Alt+space system menu from working in my web browser?

Why don't you write this script? I tested the alt-space and it works well in Chrome.

Once I press alt-space on the expander, the action I set will be executed first, but then the browser's alt-space will continue to operate.

In Explorer, some key actions such as alt+d are not overridden with js There was a time when I avoided it with a trick to register access key.

alt + space I don't think it can be used, but I think it can be used for some other keys that can't, so I'm leaving an answer.
