I posted it on GitHub I'm trying to upload a completely deleted repository again, but it's not going up. (I uploaded it to gihub in conjunction with Visual Studio 2019 and deleted it completely from the github site.)

The selected file was linked to Visual Studio 2019 to create and delete the repository. Then, I tried to create a repository by linking it to Visual Studio 2019 again with the same name as the same path, but a warning message appears as in the picture below.

It has been completely deleted from GitHub as shown below.

While I was watching Visual Studio 2019, it is a local repository and it remains as shown in the picture below.

I'd like to know if this keeps causing errors. I also want to find a solution. Please give me an answer.
