Well, it's a self-answer. Mobile Firefox automatically supports h264 codecs, but I don't know how to install codecs by installing plug-ins separately on Mobile Chrome, but it's basically not supported. So I solved it by putting h264 on the video itself. I solved it as soon as I posted the question.
