Clean up the directory of the spring resource folder (?)

I am a student who is currently working as an intern part-time job to produce a web page.

I don't know what to write about the title of the question.

A different developer and I are working on a web application at our company

I was adding several of these project folders to the workspace before I knew it.

Resource folder? in that project file is displayed normally.

When you open it, you'll see all the packages that have Java source and class files. Originally, the parent package files were not duplicated like the Navigator menu next to them.

There seems to be no problem with the web application itself, but development is too inconvenient. How do we solve this? I don't know what to Google to get an answer
