Can I access the Raspberry Pi VNC viewer from a long distance through router port forwarding?

I'm currently connecting Raspberry Pie to my home network and trying to remotely adjust Raspberry at school/café and elsewhere. Is it possible to connect external/internal IP from a router with fixed IP to port forwarding, and to connect to raspberry pi with internal IP from VNC Viewer through external IP from a location other than the home?

Currently, I am trying to distribute the server with Raspberry Pi, but if the server has a problem, I can remotely access Raspberry Pi to solve the problem.
