Which do you prefer, showing both mobile and PC as a single file or dividing into two files for mobile and PC?

I want to show you the screen differently when I connect to PC and mobile. How about css,js? Do you want me to use only one html file and show it according to the conditions or do you want me to make a separate html file for PC mobile?

We recommend that you go to one file as responsive as possible. Adaptive types may have the advantage of being easy to get started at first, but the more you update, the more exponentially you increase your operational resources.
