If you're curious about how to code, you should first wonder: (1) what exactly the problem is, (2) whether the problem can be solved in the first place, (3) what would be the best way to code it if possible. "How to code" is to translate the best way into code.Whether the translation code is Python or whatever the problem is, whether it's fundamental or not.
