Looking at the screen, it looks like you're using full screen properties. On the full screen, the screen resize does not work when the keyboard is up, so the input window seems to be hidden. If you do not use full screen mode or must use it, apply the method in the link below. (I haven't checked if the latter method works. It would be good if you let me know the result after applying it. :D)
