How do I send an email using JavaMail API without the library built into the app on Android?

I'm going to make an app to send emails.

Intent emailIntent = new Intent(android.content.Intent.ACTION_SEND); If you do this, you will send an email with the one that is embedded in the Android app What should I do to send an email right away when I press the button instead of this?

android android-intent java javamail

For normal operation, the following three jar files must be included in the Android project.

mail.jar
activation.jar
additionnal.jar

To include the jar file, go to the root folder of the project After creating a folder called libs, insert a jar file.

After that, I went to the build.gradle of the project dependencies { compile fileTree(include: ['*.jar'], dir: 'libs') } and add it.

Don't forget to go to the Android manifest file and add a permission.

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />

I hope it helps.

P.S. Android does not allow network operation on main threads, so please use AsyncTask or IntentService to avoid main thread exceptions.

Jar files : https://code.google.com/p/javamail-android/ You can get the jar file at the address above.
