I have a question while studying TCP/IP.

My question is two.

I found out by researching that the name tcp/ip itself does not refer to a specific protocol, but to a word that refers to the whole. And there are about 100 protocols in the TCP/IP protocol family

The only protocols I googled and found are HTTP, SMTP, TCP, IP, UDP, Telnet, SSL, MIME, ICMP, ARP, RARP, FTP, POP3, PCL, DHCP, RTP, RTCP, and RTSP

I'd like to find out what other protocols there are, but I can't find the information Are there any books or sites that have a lot of information about protocols?

Why should it be TCP when you usually use TCP to create or study chat programs? What I learned while studying is that the advantage of TCP is that it is used because of the reliability of data transfer (order, omission, retransmission), but is it right to say that other protocols are not reliable?

In the case of the existing chat applications' protocols, there are various protocols such as LOCO, Jabber, and XMPP, so should we say that these protocols were eventually produced based on TCP?

protocol tcp ip network

'2. The most common comparison is udp. Use udp for videos that value speed and are okay to miss some information. In this case, it's not reliable

It's not a place where many protocols are available, but I'm introducing it because it seems like good information. http://www.inven.co.kr/webzine/news/?news=165870

If TCP and UDP are UDP, the service uses TCP often, such as video streaming, which does not matter if packets are missed in the middle.
