Related to Android Kakao API linkage

I'd like to log in to Kakao api

Is it possible to try this if the application is registered in the first place?

They want us to add more platforms, but there's traffic here

Kakao API can be linked regardless of market launch. You can register the package name and debug/release key hash of the app you are currently developing (in the development version, you can link it only with the debug key hash registration). For more information, please follow the app creation items in the following document one by one.
