Problems with using Telnet in Mac OS

I'm trying to run the server to Linux If I connect remotely, it looks like a picture, but I can't connect SSH is allowed remotely, but it is still not possible to access it through telnet If there is anyone who knows, please answer.

ssh and telnet are different services.

ssh is 22 and telent is 23.

I just need to service the telnet daemon (telnetd) but...It is only used on private networks because it is less secure than ssh.
