What is the exact technical name for this technology in web programming?

I have a question, so I'm posting a question. As shown in the picture below, I wonder exactly what kind of technology it is to move windows like div tags freely on a web browser.

You can search on Web Drag & Drop. It's a drag, a drop somewhere.

Basically, it exists as a web API.

There are various libraries/examples, so you can search and look at the demo/documents and choose the one that suits your needs.
