If you're an incumbent developer or planner, please take a look.

I worked for a game development company for a while and joined a company that develops web-based coding games. First of all, there are currently five employees, including the representative.

I came in because I thought I would mainly develop it, but they told me to plan something I haven't even learned. Of course, I thought it would be better to plan before developing the game, so I spent two months only making plans.

But is it actually right to plan about 20 stages for each chapter in 3 days? I know that planning is important enough to control the whole project.

Since I repeated the same thing and talked about the qualities of an engineering student next to me, I wonder if I'm weird now. I'm curious about the opinions of those who are currently working.

Three days is too much... I'm going to die because I have to complete one development a week. But that's how developers are.
