Is it possible to build WordPress using NAS?

I am considering an installation blog using WordPress. I'm looking for a way to build it without using a web hosting company.

Can I build a WordPress-based website using a personal NAS from the synopsis? If possible, you would like to purchase the Synology Synology DiskStation DS216j.

I don't have much knowledge about servers, so I'm asking you this question.
