I received PATIENTS.csv here and double-clicked the excel file and opened it

C:\Windows\System32\mic3-benchmarks\PATIENTS.csv not found. Make sure the file has not been renamed or moved or deleted

That's what it says. What should I do?

Of course, PATIENTS.csv opened the file in C:\Windows\System32\mimic3-benchmarks.

Windows/system32 is a folder where very important files are located, so it is not a good location for storing data. Folders such as system32, program files, etc. may have limited access to files unless you have administrator privileges.

It's a good idea to set up a separate folder for dedicated storage of development sources or data, such as c:/dev/, and create a project-by-project folder underneath it, save sources, and save data.
