How do you use the psd template?

I'm not confident in web design, so I've been looking around the site where there are templates. And then I got some templates. I opened a file for the program I've never seen before called sketch, and I got a psd file, but it's really nothing more than an array of components.

D3.js, who doesn't even know yet, has only one file with a cool graph. I have a strong feeling that "You think about how to make it since you designed it this way." I didn't want a framework like a bootstrap, but I thought it would be easier to make it because it was a template. Is it like this? I wonder how others use the template file.

A template that designers say is a .sketch file or .psd (photoshop) is literally a design file for visual design. Of course, there is no developmental consideration. Therefore, it will be very difficult to apply directly unless the developer handles the design tool skillfully. (Usually, designers apply/design based on psd and sketch files and hand them over to developers as guide documents.)

You can't think of it as a template that developers think of. :-ㅁ In fact, it would be better to use paid/free libraries such as bootstrap theme for images like this.
