Python crawling, here's the question

I would like to extract the first aid api data from https://data.mpss.go.kr/Portal_new/portal/service/dataset/info.do?infId=F1ZYOB45JDGE8I04G37F1033685&infSeq=2&srvCd=A and save it as an Excel file. I'm curling, but I can't extract it and I don't get an Excel file. I really want to solve it, what should I do? Is there a problem with the sauce because it doesn't pop up?

I don't think it's going to be as complicated as a screenshot You are handing over factors such as pIndex or sttemnt_de that were not specified in the API document in the first place, what is this?
