If you enter sc/main/scala directory in Intellize and right-click on scala to enter new, you should have a scala class option, but I don't have one. What's the problem? I have installed scala on plugins.

Make sure that the path is specified as the source folder.
You can do this in Project Structure (ctrl+alt+shift+s) > Modules.
