Can a non-major create a web service?

A non-major can use django python to use Instagram or Twitter Can we create a web service? If possible, how long will it take to learn and make a language? And a beginner can learn to build a website with Jango Python Learn how to log in, chat, and post pictures on the site I'd appreciate it if you could tell me your blog or site

I think the answer will change a little depending on whether the goal is a professional web service or a study like a graduation assignment. Assuming that it is the latter, I think it will be possible in about three months, including the period of completion of the lecture below.

Personally, I am studying website construction through ruby on rails.

Personally, I get a lot of information from rorlab, so whenever necessary, Google or GitHub

I'm writing the code, but it's going easier than I thought.
