How do other people implement address search?

I've implemented it using the following address api, but it doesn't fit the layout I'm here because I'm curious about how other people do it ㅠ<

Is there an api that I can make the layout and pick up the address separately? Or is there any other way? In the case of the delivery application, do I put them all in the DB and manage them myself?
