When I receive the contents of the txt file from intellij, all the Korean letters are broken.

First, I searched for various ways and file encoding is all set to UTF-8. And Intellij is an Ultimate edition. Since Hangul is not recognized, Hangul is not applied to regular expressions at all. Please help me

The default encoding method for text files in Windows is ANSI.

Intelligence, on the other hand, is UTF-8. So the text looks broken.

Open the corresponding text file and open it again after Save As -> Encoding ANSI -> Save As UTF-8> at the bottom.
