Can I access the local host in the web server from an external browser?

Hello, I'm an introductory developer.

I would like to transfer a local server, a mobile automation testing tool called Appium, to an AWS instance

nginx and Appium servers are deployed within the instance. I checked that the nginx index screen appears with elastic IP from the outside.

I opened the Appium server to localhost and tried to access the Appium server using elastic IP and port number from outside 'Server not responding' error prevented access.

Is there a way to access this local host from an external browser?

webserver aws

It's impossible The local host is literally local. There are also many free domains, so get a domain and register it on the record
