Hi, everyone. In the same situation when the company is in a hurry to proceed with a project and there is not enough time, If you say that you don't entrust outsourcing when you make a website, do you use HTML templates to work on it?
I'm going to carry out a fairly urgent web service this time, but server work is a priority, so I don't think it'll be possible to do all the layout work on the front part. Wouldn't it be a problem if we combine and modify freetml and use it for commercial projects?

It depends on the license of the side that provides the template. It wouldn't be a problem if it was a completely free template, but it's only for non-profit purposes such as research and education, and sometimes you have to pay for it if you use it for commercial use. There is also a unique license that requires the disclosure of the source code, although usage like GPL is free.
Look at the license portion of the template provider's site.
