Network Distribution Unit (?)

Assuming that these three domains are connected to an IP called 127.0.0.1: ccc.com, b.abc.com, and a.abc.com, is there a device that reads the information of the domain and divides it into internal a, b, and c servers to send users?

I have only one IP, but I want to run each service with multiple domains, so I'm curious how to do it.

I've already done reverse proxy, and I wonder if I can divide it into equipment, not software.
