How GAS Determines if a Hyperlink is Configured for a Specific Cell Value in a Spreadsheet

For example, there is data that contains a string in column A.
If the link is set halfway as shown in the image,
I would like to set up a script to set up hyperlinks only for strings with no links.

I've looked into various things, but I don't know how to determine if the link is set.
Please let me know if anyone knows.
