What kind of procedure does the message (under review) mean?

Hi, everyone.I recently found a bulletin board where I could ask questions and registered my question, but when I saved it and looked at it the next day, I saw the message (under review)... What kind of procedure is there?

I couldn't find it even if I looked it up on the site. Then, please answer me. Thank you.

If you use a tag that no one has used, it is displayed (under examination) until the administrator approves the tag and remains invisible to others.
