Web Development Portfolio Development Steps and Learnings

I'm a beginner in programming.I am currently studying HTML, CSS, and Python, and I am thinking of proceeding with portfolio creation at the same time.When creating a web application,
HTML, CSS, Javascript at the front end
Python
at the backend And I found out that I need to learn SQL and AWS.

But where do I need to know about SQL and AWS when I create a portfolio?
I'd like to proceed while learning, but I don't know where I need knowledge, so please help me.

If you mean , you don't need to know SQL or AWS.If you already have knowledge of SQL or AWS, you may want to introduce it.
