Unable to register 7zip in shell context menu

It was installed via Scoop.
It's easier to make it with the right click menu, so I'd like to serve it, but I can't do it for some reason.
I would like to solve this problem because it is easy to manage with Scoop, but is there a good way?

The environment is Windows 11 Home (64bit).
