What are the benefits of using DBCA-generated scripts to create Oracle databases?

Is it more efficient to generate and create scripts when using DBCA to create databases?I heard that the script contains the values that you set in the GUI for now, and that it is convenient to recreate the database, but what are the experienced Oracle engineers doing?

When I tried to generate a script, it didn't make much sense because it eventually created a database file in a designated location in the file system.

In addition, I heard that a script that became a CREATE DATABASE statement was generated, but I didn't see anything like that.I think the scripts that can be generated by DBCA are of some use and value, but you can't create a script that becomes a CREATE DATABASE statement, can you?

I'm not that familiar with Oracle, so I'm just talking about general scripts.

For example, if you try to create a database with the same settings as before, you will have to compare instructions with the GUI, but mistakes tend to occur.

On the other hand, the scripted method has all the instructions in the file, so no matter who runs it at any time, the results will basically be the same.

Additionally, scripted (=CUI) installations offer the advantage of working in environments where the GUI is not available.
