If Uninstall is disabled in Windows 10 Apps and Features, it will not be available until Change.

It's a little old, but I'm using InstallShield 2012 to create the installer in the Basic MSI Project.

I created the installer by setting "1" to [ARPNOREMOVE] in Properties Manager, but if I use that installer to install the program, it will not be available until "Change" in addition to "Uninstall" on the "Apps and Features" screen in Windows 10.

However, in the Programs and Features screen of the old control panel, only Uninstall is disabled as specified in the properties, and Change is available.

Is it possible for Windows 10 Apps and Features to disable only Uninstall and make changes available?

InstallShield is the installer creation tool and the installed application is managed by Windows (not by InstallShield).Therefore, the old and new InstallShield are not very relevant.This feature on the Windows side is documented as Windows Installer.

Programs and features are also described in Configuring Add/Remove Programs with Windows Installer.The ARPNOREMOVE mentioned in the questionnaire also exists as a property, and changes are also made to the ARPNOMODIFY.
However, neither description specifically mentions the behavior of Windows 10.

If you have other applications that are running the desired behavior, check the Uninstall Registry Key.Registry values are also described, which will help you understand how to configure them.
If you can't find another application that meets your requirements, you may not be able to do it in the first place.
