How do I do an official build of Chromium?

Version: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

There is an Official Build in Chromium, as shown in .I couldn't figure out how to build even after looking for various documents.Please tell me how to do it.This is Windows

What are the required Official Builds?

Is Google's method of generating digitally signed binaries as shown in ?
This can only be built by Google.If it can be easily created by a third party, that would be the problem.

It also contains the AVC and MPEG-4 codes, as described in Google Chrome and Chrome OS Additional Terms of Use.I don't think this is included in the Chromium source.
