How do I add and remove apps listed in "Share tweets in other ways"?

If you press the icon in the lower right corner of the tweet on Twitter,
There is a menu called "Share Tweets in Other Ways".

When you're looking at Twitter in your PC browser, choosing "Share tweets in other ways" doesn't make any difference.

"When I'm looking at Twitter with my smartphone browser, I use ""Share tweets in other ways""
·SMS
·Gmail
·Line
There are about 10 different icons.

Is it a specification that nothing happens with the PC version?
"Depending on the settings, is it possible to start Gmail by ""sharing tweets in other ways""?"

By what criteria is the list of apps displayed when sharing tweets in other ways on a smartphone?
I would like to display my own apps on this list.

I think it's not Twitter's setting, but smartphone's setting, but I'm not sure.

On the Twitter Web App, this item is Web Share API.

This item is no longer visible in environments where the WebShare API is not supported.
Currently, the PC supports Chrome (Win10/ChromeOS only), Edge, and Safari (macOS).Most mobile browsers are also available.

The shared screen should be displayed according to each OS.(However, I was able to confirm that sometimes it doesn't show well even when I have it.Operating system issues?) For example, Windows:

Well, I honestly don't know if it will be useful because there are things like short-distance sharing and UWP in Windows. The DataTransferManager.ShowShareUI should be used in Windows, but maybe that's the limit...

The sister API is WebShare Target API.This is an API with the ability to register an application installed as a PWA as a destination for shared intents. I'm telling you when it's available on Windows, but for some of the reasons mentioned above, only Android and Chrome OS are available now.

When I'm looking at Twitter with my smartphone browser...

If it's a smartphone app, you should be able to share it with an app with shared int (Android/iOS).Also, the WebShare Target API is available for web apps as described above.

...but perhaps that's not what the question was about, but new shared dialog which was changed to a little while ago (Chrome 85) on Android.
I was worried about the inconvenience of the application that I usually use, but I haven't been able to check it out.
