Google reCAPTCHA May Fail in Some Environments

Asked 2 years ago, Updated 2 years ago, 459 views

Google reCAPTCHA v2 is used to exclude inquiries from automated programs such as robots from the inquiry form.
You can click the check box in your PC environment, but in your PC environment, "Site Owner Error: Invalid Site Key Domain" is displayed and the check box is not displayed.

Both myself and the user are using Google Chrome on Windows 10, but only the users see the above error message.
In such a case, what kind of cause can be considered?
I would also like to know how to solve this problem.

https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js has been loaded and the site key has been written.
Also, it doesn't seem to include any browser ad block extensions in problematic environments.

I'm sorry, but it's solved.

User access was accessing a URL on a different domain, where the same error was displayed in my PC environment.
Therefore, I transferred it to the form on the domain configured in reCAPTCHA so that no errors were displayed.
