Even if you don't write regular expressions every time,

● Emphasize the entire line with the words that hit the search, and make even some words a full line search hit

● Delete the entire highlighted line

● Delete non-emphasized lines (extract only lines of real hit words)
At the same time, it would be convenient if you could delete empty lines.

It may be possible to hit the entire line with a regular expression, but it's a way to easily delete or extract the entire line that contains the word in a regular search.
