Line number 1 disappears from view
The text you are editing does not seem to be affected, but line number 1 disappears when you select "blank" on the CSV toolbar.

Does "blank" mean "heading 1-4" on the CSV toolbar? If so, I have reproduced it here, so I will fix it in the next version.Sorry for the late reply.
